Shipping policy

Effective Date: April 2026

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12 PM EST are processed the same business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate

  • Expedited Shipping: $30 flat rate

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $300 (U.S. only)

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Once an order is transferred to the carrier and marked as delivered, Tern Studio is not responsible for loss or theft. We are happy to assist in filing carrier claims where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
